  • Substitutions may be made if an item is unavailable, subject to user preferences.

  • Freshness and packaging are the responsibility of the vendor.

4.3 PharmaSteps (Pharmacy Services)

  • Prescription-based medicines require a valid prescription.

  • Users are responsible for uploading accurate and lawful prescriptions.

  • Allora does not provide medical advice and acts only as a platform to facilitate delivery.

4.4 Shophora (E-commerce Marketplace)

  • Products are sold by third-party sellers.

  • Return and refund policies may vary by seller and product category.

4.5 Rideo On (Ride Services)

  • Rides are provided by independent drivers.

  • Fare estimates may change due to route changes, waiting time, or surge pricing.

  • Safety compliance and vehicle condition are the responsibility of drivers, subject to platform guidelines.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
